We’re so excited to celebrate with each of our guests! Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus one. To help us plan for dinner and seating, only the guests listed on your invitation are invited.
Please note that dinner menu selections will be completed through the RSVP, so we won’t be able to accommodate additional guests.
While we love your little ones, we will not be having children under 21 attend our weekend events. We want all of our guests to be able to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the weekend, and we appreciate your understanding as we create the atmosphere we envision for our celebration.

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available at the wedding venue for guests who choose to drive. For added convenience, we will also provide shuttle service between The Hotel Chalet and the wedding venue for those staying at the hotel.
We ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our professional photographer to capture every special moment. After the ceremony, you are more than welcome to take photos and share in the celebration!
Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, so please keep the weather and terrain in mind when choosing your attire and footwear. Following the cocktail hour, we will move indoors for the reception, where dinner and dancing will continue into the evening. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in both beautiful settings!
